   Looking at the Mac version, it's possible to arrange the bookmarks in any   
   order you want as long as you're prepared to do it manually.... Click   
   Bookmarks then Bookmark Manager, then drag the bookmarks into the desired   
   order.   
      
   Is this not a feature of the Windows version?
