   Why don't you use UTC? Since I started using ham radio 1951 I have used   
   UTC (GMT was it named then).   
      
   When digital arm watches became available I am using one set to   
   24h display. All my clocks, except a couple of oldies are running   
   24h digital.   
      
   No more AM or PM here.   
      
   Please note that this reply is written the same morning that your mail   
   arrived here in my incoming mail.
