   The simplest thing to do would be to navigate to this echo, and let WIN95   
   expire.   
      
   You could also create a brand new echo with a suitable name that represents a   
   merger, and moderate it yourself.   
      
   Then, as moderator of WIN95, a regular post to steer people to the new echo   
   could be useful.
