   Actuallt 2/3rds of those being let go are Nicola phone people. they jsut   
   obught Nicola and aparently there is to much job overlap so some have to   
   go. The new CEO also is changing the the future of MS, like dropping   
   he XBox Studios division, and rest are from that move.
