   Software from my ever growing Windows Freeware collection is now getting out   
   into Filegate via the WINFREE file area. Periodic updates to the Master folder   
   will be reflected in an almost daily hatch of WFDIRECT.ZIP, a directory of all   
   files online (but not necessarily hatched out yet).   
      
   Under WinXP-SP3 the only way I have been able to get LFNs created (all   
   archives have at least one) would be to extract from my archives using the   
   7-Zip program. I hatched the 7ZA command line version of 7-Zip today   
   (7ZA920.ZIP), so check the WinFree area if neeeded. Typical syntax would be   
   '7za e software.zip' for all files. Alternatively Email me (see sig) and I   
   will get it to you.   
      
   Win 7 and up seem to handle the LFN archives just fine :)
