Dale...               DS@> My question is why would you want to "upgrade" to Win 7? I'm running        DS@> Windows 7 on my desktop, but have to run my BBS on my wife's XP desktop        DS@> -- and intend to continue doing that as long as I can.               The main reason is the security updates. But, if I don't have to do       ANYTHING about upgrading, that suits me just fine. I'm going to be       talking with a local area ham radio operator, who works in IT locally...       and get his feedback.               DS@> I will also add that I read echomail on my computer in a virtual XP        DS@> window (accessing the files via local networking), and it is no where        DS@> near as responsive as the native XP on her computer.               The more I hear about this, the less inclined I am to upgrade. As the       old saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".                Thanks for the comments.              Daryl              ...
