MM>> Hello everybody!              MM>>I am wondering what would be the best backup software to use for my pc?              MM>>Matt               TW> Acronus True Image is a very good one you need to buy. And        TW> it enabls you to eirher make a "Clone(And Exact Copy of a        TW> Hard drive usabel by a simple swap) or an Image(A        TW> compressed copy enabiline more then one backup on a hard        TW> drive under different file names).               TW> If the idea of a swapable clone is attractive the Free        TW> Version of "EaseUS Todo Backup" is a good one               I forgot, Laplink's "True Image". The advantage being, they also        have PC Mover, which will move your programs between computers,        including settings and serial numbers etc. Bit expensive, but        they frequently offer discounts.               Oh, and watch magazines such as PC Pro. They have DVDs with        software on them. Often they offer last years program free to        get you to try it and then upgrade to this years. Sometimes they        are disk imaging software.               And I forgot to mention, Norton Ghost includes Ghost Explorer        that allows you to look into the image and extract individual        files or subdirectories.                            BOB KLAHN bob.klahn@sev.org http://home.toltbbs.com/bobklahn              ...
