   Huh?  How do yo open a HD without using explorer.  Are you   
   dropping to DOS? No, that's XP not 7. Perhaps you are using File   
   Manager (fileman.exe)?  Naw-w-w. I think M/S stopped including   
   this in WinME.   
      
   You are no doubt using Windows Explorer to do this; you just don't   
   realize it.
