|    Accessing Win7 files    |
|    23 Jan 11 21:08:06    |
-> I am used to accessing all files in a WinXP setup. But with Win7,       -> I have to be the owner/administrator/etc to access files.              -> Question: is there an easy, one-step way to look at, gain access       -> to, modify, move, etc. any and all files on a Win7 setup.              -> With a WinXP setup, I can just go to Explorer/by merely going to       -> Explorer/Tools/View and checking boxes or unchecking boxes. But so       -> far with Win7, I seem to be limited to going thru a lot of hoops       -> just to access any one folder.              You have to lower your UAC level and then reboot -- just as you did in       Windows Vista.        --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5        * Origin: Omicron Theta | Grand Island, NY | robertwolfe.org (1:261/20)    |
