   I went down to my basement the other day and found a cardboard box a   
   friend gave me that was marked TUBES.   
      
   I didn't open the box but it probably was Transmitting Tubes.   
      
   I've read articles where the writer called them Valves.   
   In your area do you call them Valves or Tubes?  Thanks.
