   i would think that something like a flatscreen panel at an engle instead of   
   standing upright would work better... kinda like those desks that had the   
   glass top and you looked thru it to the CRT monitor below... but the anchoring   
   of the thing to keep it still would be the gotcha...   
      
   BTW: many resturaunt POS systems are nothing more than a regular computer   
   under the counter and a touchscreen on the counter ;)
