   	I have had the exact same problem two days ago. I did not waste any time   
   trying to investigate it so I can not comment on it. I am sure that it was   
   malware as the MS Updates were incapacitated, normal for malware.   
      
   	I had a clone of a few days before and I cloned it back. Happiness was found   
   again.   
      
   	Do a search for malware.com on Google and use it to clean up. The clone is   
   the answer in this case.
