   Windows 3.1, Photoshop 4.0, DOSBOX and Dropbox to create a virtual graphics   
   environment that runs on anything DOSBOX runs on - most linux distros, freeBSD,

   Drill into the article and there's a link to a user who set up a FreeDOS VM   
   image with MS networking and IP networking apps built-in. Looks like a nice   
   starter to any retro-computing project.
