   Yes, on the back of the carton it says Backward Compatible with   
   USB 2.0 .   
      
   I plugged it in the XP pc again and after about 30 seconds I saw   
   the HDD LED was on so I waited and the Thumbdrive came up in   
   Windows Explorer.   
      
   Lord, Grant Me patience but I WANT IT RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
