   That would not be a bad place to start.  I also carry something called   
   DevNet that is nothing but programming echos.  It has not been very active   
   in a while, though, but asking a question there might stir up some traffic.   
      
   I don't see a Basic or QBasic echo specifically listed, but they do have an   
   Other Languages echo, which is QWK 3043, and a General Chat echo which is   
   QWK 3003 here.
