Way back in the mid 1970's I subscribed to Popular Electronics and
Radio-Electronics Magazines and there were many BASIC Programs in
   those Monthly Magzines.

One Month, I saw a Program for the TRS-80 that drew a BIG Star image
   on the monitor.

I had to try that one out, so I went to a Radio Shack store and
used their demo TRS-80 to type it in.
IIRC, the listing in the magazine needed me to edit one line
to make it draw the image just as I saw it on the front cover
   of the magazine.

One friend had a TRS-80 and I called him to tell him about the edit
   I made to the program.

MP> If I see one I will add it.
   Thanks!

MP> if I don't I will see if there are any
    MP> alternatives.

August mentioned the Dove Net Programming echo, I will try there.

... I'm thick headed and hard of hearing - would You repeat that please?
