   Ah, I would have thought the same thing; Winton's location comes immediately   
   to mind as being in Queensland.  I checked with uncle Google and it turned up   
   another in Victoria, with the proper 'credentials'.  :)   
      
   The Benalla Auto Club (Victoria) had the Winton Motor Raceway built in the   
   early 60s.  Of interest to you I'm sure, Dick Johnson once described the   
   circuit being 'like running a marathon around your clothes-line'.
