   I know how you are feeling. To me that operation was 9 years ago, but   
   even though forced to use diapers a couple of months, it didn't stop me   
   from going out for exercise, every day.   
      
   Remember, inactivity is the fastest killer, and it takes months to build   
   up your muscles again, after letting them wither. The older you are, the   
   longer time it takes for the recovery.   
      
   I know it, we are the same age.
