They want to make the decisions and we have to live with it.               BK> In Business that can get very expensive.              'They want to go' in the quoted passage is referring to Microsoft.              It has been the case since the beginning of person computing - Microsoft has       made decisions and users - especially businesses - have dragged their feed       about upgrading.              If you were around in the late 1980s/early 1990s, Microsoft dragged its user       base into the graphical user interface era, at a time when users - business       users especially - had invested time and money into learning specialized       keyboard commands for Lotus 1-2-3 and Wordperfect.              (Remember keyboard number-row overlays with keyboard commands?)              It took at least a decade for that transition.
