   I did the same today and found in my G:\BBS\DOS\DL directory a file   
   named HTMST806.ZIP. It is freeware and was published in 1998. There   
   may be later versions.   
      
   It seems to be a very capable program with a .DOC file about -60kb size.   
   I read some of it and there are many different settings you can set in   
   an *.INI file.   
      
   Because of the many various settings, I haven't delved deeper into it.

   Also I did find a file that a previous user of my BBS, had made for   
   converting PC2 characters to HTML. The documentation is in finnish   
   however, but I will translate it to english and/or swedish if somebody   
   wants the program. The program is dated 1996 and both may be downloaded   
   from my BBS.
