In a message some days ago Ed Vance wrote to Mark Lewis about DE-HTML;              GD Ed,               EV> I was looking through some old .ZIP files I downloaded a long time        EV> ago, .....              I did the same today and found in my G:\BBS\DOS\DL directory a file       named HTMST806.ZIP. It is freeware and was published in 1998. There       may be later versions.              It seems to be a very capable program with a .DOC file about -60kb size.       I read some of it and there are many different settings you can set in       an *.INI file.              Because of the many various settings, I haven't delved deeper into it.              The author could be reached at:               Bruce Guthrie        Wayne Software        113 Sheffield St.        Silver Spring, MD 20910               e-mail: WayneSof@erols.com fax: (301) 588-8986        http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Lakes/2414        or find through http://www.erols.com/waynesof              Please provide an Internet e-mail address on all correspondence.       ___________              Also I did find a file that a previous user of my BBS, had made for       converting PC2 characters to HTML. The documentation is in finnish       however, but I will translate it to english and/or swedish if somebody       wants the program. The program is dated 1996 and both may be downloaded       from my BBS.              The author could be reached in 1986 at: Email: tapio.sokura@iki.fi       or: http://www.iki.fi/tapio.sokura/AX.25:oh2kku@oh2kku.fin.eu              Please note the date of the programs, and that the addresses may have       changed.                     CU L8ER, Sam, OH0NC              aka Holger              ___        * MR/2 2.30 * As long as one keeps searching, the answers come.                     --- PCBoard (R) v15.22 (OS/2) 2        * Origin: Coming to you from the Sunny Aland Islands.
