In a message on Thursday 10-20-15 Tom Walker said to Holger Granholm:              GM Tom,              HG>HG>Windows 10 feels tempting and I've been promised the laptop of       HG>HG>my grandson as a XMas gift. That will be complete with Win10.              HG>TW> After weeeks of tweeking and some helpful hints from the moderator I       HG>TW> finally got it half way tollerable for me.              HG>I'll have to wait and see what comes up, and download it.              TW> Make sure you clone your current setup to another drive before you       TW> upgrade so you can go back if you really do not like it because it.              Sure. Regarding the laptop I receive from my GS, I will not have any       influence on the setup, so I'll just have to wait and see.              The ThinkPad I'm installing OS/2 on will also get a WinXPp and that will       not be upgraded to any higher version. I know there's no support for it,       but I have a friend that has all the latest for it.              I've had no problems with the XPp that exists on the older ThinkPad.       It does have ZA and AntiVir installed, an so will the new TP also have.              73 de Sam, OH0NC              aka Holger              ___        * MR/2 2.30 * Difference between a virus and Windows?
