   no... generally point users' mail is held for them to come pick up from the   
   boss system... in some cases, though, a point may be set up for the boss to   
   deliver the mail at specific times or maybe even as a CM (continuous mail)   
   system so the boss node can deliver the mail at any time... even if it cannot   
   deliver the mail, the mail will still be there and waiting when the point   
   comes back up...
