   No, a point is not a BBS. A point is an user that has special rights,   
   (advantages), given by the Sysop of the node he connects to. As a point   
   you can have direct access to other nodes, if they are listed in the   
   nodelist and you have it installed in your program.

   Dunno about the v3.51 but the v3.50 that is in my file repository does   
   have the BBS HOST program as is complete with a registration number.   
      
   Apparently it was released to the public free when they decided to stop   
   the development of the DOS version.
