In a message dated 08-22-15, Roger Nelson said to Holger Granholm:              God morgon Roger,              Short form: Gomorron Roger,              RN> Yes indeed. 20-30C is like a cool front when the temps hit that       RN> range.              Yes, I can understand that, even though we never go much higher than       about 27øC and even that high is very, very rare up here in scandinavia.              RN> We are still enjoying afternoon thunderstorms and sometimes              There's a risk for thunderstorms here also when the high pressure area       fills up and cold/rain fronts are moving in.              RN> If one gets a store-bought machine, there's no telling what's in the       RN> BIOS and/or the junk pre-installed on the hard drive.              Being a technician I have never been satisfied to look at a bought new       machine only from the outside. Especially new radio gear has to be       opened up to see what it has eaten.              BTW, I just heard in the finnish news that there's a 70-year anniversary       today. On aug. 24th 1945 there was born a record number of 500 (495 to be       exact) babies in Finland. So many newborns in 24 hours has never before,       nor after, been accounted for.              I found an old encyclopedia (1949), among my late wifes leftovers, from       which I could find that the total population in Finland at that time was       about 3.9+ million inhabitants.              I can only speculate about the reason. Finland had just ended its       defence against the russian (Soviet Union) try to occupate the country       and there must have many soldiers returning home from the war ;o)              Have a nice day,              Holger              ---        þ MR/2 2.30 þ I'm not tense, just terribly alert.                      * Origin: Coming to you from the Sunny Aland Islands.
