     A lot of people refer to the state as SASNAKRA -- Arkansas spelled   
   backwards.   
      
     Several years ago, they said "Gambling Was Prohibited"...the problem   
   was they allowed betting on the horses in Hot Springs, and on the   
   greyhounds at West Memphis. Basically, it was a "double standard".
