   As for software, there are OS/2 versions of most of the programs you use   
   under Windows. Open Office, Thunderbird, Firefox, Opera, Multimail, etc.   
   MR/2, the best QWK-reader available anywhere and many, many more.   
   You may look for yourself by going to http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/os2/pub   
   and download the file 00GLOBAL.TXT and sift through the contents.   
      
   You name it, there are always OS/2 versions for programs you use.   
   And remember, DOS programs run as created under IBM PC-DOS v.7 that is   
   built-in into the OS/2 operating system.

   Since it was released I'm using Warp 4 and FixPak 12 (IRMC).   
   I have upgraded to every new version since OS/2 v2.0.
