   EV>Howdy! Tom,

EV>HP put a card reader in my XP pc but it will only read up to 2GB.

EV>I use a SDHC to USB2 adapter to read any SDHC cards by inserting it
   EV>into a USB2 slot on the pc.

EV>After I bought the XP pc HP sent one BIOS update but the ability to
EV>read SDHC cards wasn't in that update.

EV>Figureing out Work Arounds is part of the computer game, isn't it?

Sure Is and that males it fun, A Little frustrating but still fun
   for me.

I have become adicted to USB-3 Flash Drives. The old hurry up and wait
of USB-2 is gone and I do not miss it.
I have also shifted to USB-3 Adapters for externial hook up od Hard
   Drives also.
As a side note I have an excess 350 Gig Western Digital IDE Hard Drive.
   Are you intersted?
