   As a side note becauew one of the wifes old program's will only   
   recognizes LPT ports   
   I searched around and found out I can Simulate an LPT port in XP by   
   using the following steps:   
      
   Do a "Right Mouse" Click on the Printers Name   
   Choose "Properties"   
   Click on hte "Ports" tab   
   Rembember the USB port name   
   Click on "Enable Printer Pooling" and check the box   
   Scroll through the listed ports and click on "LPT1" port   
   Click on "Apply" and "Ok"
