   Ouch!, I suppose they have to get the Movie Data during Clear WX so   
   that they can show the movie any time they want to.   
      
   IIRC, the old frequency the Microwave System used was 3.8 GC/Sec.,   
   and the signal just needed adjustment in the Spring and Fall, when the   
   Trees started getting leaves on them or when their leaves dropped off.   
      
   The newer System operated at 22.0 GC/Sec. and it wasn't of use when it   
   rained real heavy.   
      
   At least that's my experience back in the 1990's.   
      
   Electronic things improve over time and what I saw years ago might be   
   considered "Old Hat!" now.
