   really? it doesn't seem like it... i guess that all came about when m$ stuck   
   their nose into things and snatched a bunch of domains without first notifying   
   the controlling parties (eg: dyndns)...

   it isn't really a requirement... at least not posting in echomail areas... he   
   may be pretty active in local message areas and with games he hosts... as long
