     I kept getting letters from AT&T, saying their DSL was available in my   
   area, at a cheaper cost than Comcast Cable. Well, every time I checked,   
   I found that AT&T DSL was NOT available in my area...yet they kept   
   sending me letters on such.   
      
     I finally decided to stay with Comcast, and have gotten better service   
   in the central Arkansas area with them...especially since their west   
   Little Rock office is only a mile from my apartment. :) But, when AT&T   
   calls, I tell them "it's your loss"...as "they kept dropping the ball,   
   and basically lying to me". I don't even have a "vanilla" phone line   
   from them.
