   It's USB 2.0 .   
      
   Tripp-Lite Model U238-000-1 USB 2.0 to SATA / IDE Adapter.   
      
   I like Tripp-Lite products.   
   I have their Isobar and Isotel Power Strips and UPS besides the HDD   
   Adapter in my computer room, and a 20 Amp Power Supply I used with   
   the 2 Meter Ham Radio before the Radio went belly-up.
