   So I thought the modern TV sets would do but no. There's a choice of   
   Auto or Manual but the AUTO setting still insists that our time is 3 hrs   
   ahead of UTC (GMT as it's named in the menu). That was true during DST   
   but now with standard time we are 2 hrs ahead.
