   Howdy! Sean,

Yes, WinPcap_4_1_3.exe was created when I installed Wireshark is in the
   C:\Program Files\Wireshark sub-directory.

   WinPcap_3_1.exe is still in C:\Program Files\Ethereal.
I've kept it JIC - Just In Case, but haven't used it since I got
   Wireshark.

SD> Are you running Wireshark under the admin account?

I downloaded the Install File using Firefox while in a Limited Users
   Account.
Then I installed Wireshark by using RunAs... on that file from that
   Limited Users Account.

I Right Click on the Wireshark icon and select RunAs... when I start it
   from that same account.

    SD> ... I get mail... I exist.

Now You can "I send mail... I exist."

   Thanks for existing, and helping.
