   Not too long ago I saw a article that said Bill Gates denied saying   
   those words.

   I took a look at the control+alt+delete page on Wikepedia and David   
   Bradley at IBM was given credit for changing 'soft reboot' from   
   ctrl+alt+esc to ctrl+alt+delete because he found it too easy to   
   accidently hit those keys on the original IBM PC Keyboard and cause   
   a reboot to happen.   
      
   The article says the reference to Bill Gates is starting up Windows NT.
