   Howdy! Tom,   
      
   When I am wanting to find a Shortcut Icon on XP Desktop I will press   
   the first letter of the Program's Name on the keyboard, and keep on   
   pressing that letter until I see the Program I'm wanting to use turn   
   dark.   
   Then I press the Enter Key to open it.   
      
   My XP Desktop is a Maze but doing this helps me get to doing what I   
   want to do.   
   I can't remember where I found that method, Maybe I did it by accident.
