     That was the hardest thing for me to do, when I was creating a   
   bulletin for ham radio nets. Do I make just have local time, or do I   
   take UTC time into consideration??   
      
   HG>That would suit me fine here as well. Also the farmers would welcome   
   HG>that. Now they go out of sync with the clock because cattle don't change   
   HG>their daily rhytm so the farmers have to do it.   
      
     If "The Far Side" comic strip had still been going, I could just see
