   Their system is a little screwy.  Just after they sent a code for me to change   
   my pw, they sent another.(!)  I finally got in this morning and am DLing the   
   ISO file now.  On top of that, my Internet connection has faulted on me 10   
   times this morning and the TV reception at least 4, but no more than 6 times   
   last night.  I have a brand new Motorola RG (Regional Gateway, for those who   
   don't know what it is) and I think it needs replacing or I need to replace my   
   provider.  I just got this RG last month.
