   My Cox Cable Teaser Rate was $19.99 and then went to the standard rate   
   of $39.99 and recently was raised to $46.99

   I have the 5 Mbps Cox plan and consintly get 5700 Kbps, As measured by   
   "Net Speed Monitor" that I have instaled in the tool bar so I can   
   monitor what its going on.
