   I've had this issue before, logging in using an exisiting MS account, being   
   asked to submit a code based on what has been sent to a known email address I   
   use and despite several attempts at geting MS to send me the code the email   
   never arrives... strange.   
      
   Good to know I wasn't the only one having this issue.
