     Much of the U.S. goes back to Standard Time the first Sunday in   
   November, then back to Daylight Savings Time the second Sunday in March.   
      
     Too bad they can't do like many of the ham radio operators, and the   
   U.S. National Weather Service, where they log and operate in UTC Time.   
   At least the U.S. State of Arizona stays on Standard Time year round.
