Roger,              It varies according to the media the Free Electrons are flowing through,       I would guess.              Not sure, but I'd think radio waves would have the least resistance       impeding the current flow, Fiber a bit more, Copper even more, and       Wire made with other metals (not including Gold, Silver) would have       greater resistance to the flow.              ...
