I've used FreeCommander once in a while, and recently got a copy of

Will take a look at what the CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT has in it.
   IIRC PC-DOS 7.0 didn't Erase the MS-DOS 5.0 files in the Directory,
it added its own file and I'd think put its files into CONFIG.SYS and
   AUTOEXEC.BAT during 7.0's Install .

HG> MS-DOS v5 may not have support for cartridge drives.

Right now I can't remember if I got the SyQuest EZ-135 Drive B4 I found
the box at Salvation Army Thrift Store with IBM PC-DOS 7.0 .
I had to grab that box since I've heard lots of good comments about 7.0
   in BBS messages I've read.

"Everyone has a different twist to do the same thing", I remember
someone writting in the BASIC echo a long time ago.

HG> * MR/2 2.30 * Software never has bugs. It just develops random

And then those 'features' are included in the next edition of the
software, and the next, and the next, etc. , because no one knows how
to write some Code to either make the 'feature' useful or discard it.

In Windows 3.1 I didn't have to click Start to Shut it Down, IIRC
I would Right Click on the Left side of the Title Bar and select Close.
I think a Double-Click on the Right side of the Title Bar did the same
   thing.

My OS/2 Version 1.2 book shows Right-Clicking on a blank space and
choosing the Shut Down option in a Drop Down Box.

I try not to use the Start Button if I can do something with a keyboard
   shortcut. But that's Me.
