Howdy! Ben,              Since we chatted about the Color and Shape behind the Scotty icon       on the Taskbar for WinPatrol after the latest Update, I thought to       address this message to You but it really is for ALL.              I Emailed Bret at WinPatrol Support and got an answer why I was       seeing the Program updated O.K. in the Admin account but not in       the Limited account I use.              I asked if I could Post what I was told on a BBS and He said       it was O.K. , and He sent another Tip with His Reply.              ***Begin***              Reply #1              Our apologies for the difficulties. We've corrected the issue       with the Plus pages.              The installation is user specific, so if you do the following you're       limited users should be upgraded as well.              Please do the following:       1..Log in as the limited user       2..Run Task Manager       3..Locate the process WinPatrol.exe and .End Process.       4..Open Windows Explorer.       5..Navigate into Program Files or Program Files (x86),        depending on if you have a 32 or 64 bit OS.       6..Next open the Ruiware folder       7..Double click on WinPatrolEx.exe              Thanks again,       Bret Lowry       Ruiware, LLC              Reply#2              Here's another tidbit you can post if you'd like.              How to change tray icon              1..Open Regedit       2..Navigate to:        HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BillP Studios\WinPatrol\Options       3..Right click on the right side of the screen and select        New -> String Value       4..Name the new string .TrayIcon.       5..Set the value to 107       6..Close Regedit       7..Scotty will pick up this change in a bit and definitely after        rebooting.              Additional values you can use:       Deleting this option will provide the correct Green system tray icon       but you can use our little secret to obtain an alternate icon if you       really want. I can't say it will always work but you can use...       107 = Blue Orb       106 = classic original scotty       167 = Plus shield with magnify glass       104 = BillP Studios TV with Scotty inside       184 = Screen with small clock/watch       301 = Yellow question mark       102 or 302 = Yellow Tile with Scotty       103 or 159 = Blue Tile with Scotty       101 = Green Tille with Scotty       161 = Yellow Paw       165 = WinPatrol Startup Programs icon              Thanks again,       Bret Lowry       Ruiware, LLC              ***End***              ...
