   A Company I call to reorder medicine uses a Computer Voice to talk to   
   me to get me to the right area before I can input the prescription   
   number, and some times when I'm on the telephone with my XYL on the   
   phone too, She will say something to me and that "confuses" the Voice   
   and 'IT' will ask me to "Repeat that".   
      
   That Thing needs absolute Quiteness when it is talking to Me.   
   One sound and 'IT' sometimes has to repeat whatever it was 'IT' just   
   had said.   
      
   Its wonderful when it works and I can get my refill data in the system   
   so I can get my medicine ordered.   
   But I like knowing that a person has a job so sometimes I will select   
   the option to talk to someone, before 'IT' passes me on to some one to   
   help me because 'IT' got confused and didn't know what I wanted.

   I will never forget that day my Friend tried to set up and use his copy   
   of Dragon Naturally Speaking.   
      
   It is nice to see that others have trouble using a computer besides me.
