   Well, I have never seen actual rules for the AMATEUR_RADIO echo only "A   
   PLACE HOLDER FOR FUTURE USE" dated 15-Nov-2013.   
      
   When asked for them I was referred to the rules of the HAM echo.   
   I keep a copy of the rules of every echo I carry for download by my   
   users even though most echo keepers publish their rules regularly in   
   their echo.

   Thanks for that info. Maybe the echo keeper has taken a semester .
