I was in a Goodwill Store yesterday and paid $1.00 (US) for a IDG        EV> EV> book called "Windows NT 4.0 MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems       ngineer)        EV> EV> Study Guide" by Alan R. If somebody had        HG> read the PDF-file it wouldn't have a sign on it saying it had        HG> been read.               HG> It must have been used to record that text on it. You can't        HG> record a CD without using it, hi.              Howdy! Holger,              IDG, the Printer of the book, made the CD and had it inside of a clear       plastic envelope/sleeve glued inside the back cover of their book.              There was a Paper Label over the Pull Tab used to open the envelope,       and it hadn't been torn, so that is why I 'think' the CD was unused.              1330 is the last page number in the book.       On the back cover it was priced at $89.99 USA, $124.99 Canada and       (British Pound Symbol)74.99 UK Incl. VAT.              I think $1 USD was a good enuf price for the book published in 1997.       Cheap LIDs Love Bargains!              ...
