Yesterday I was reading some Comments on the side of the Results Page   
   of a Search I made and noticed someone mentioned the ReactOS Project.   
      
   IIRC It is a Private Project to build an OS sort of like the NT OS   
   Microsoft wrote but only using Code that is Free for them to use,   
   or that other people write and contribute to the Project.   
      
   The ReactOS Project was new to me, am I just late in knowing about it?   
   Is it old news to You?  Thanks for reading.
