Ben,              I looked at the instructions that came with my Tripp-Lite BCPERS UPS.              It has a Power Sensitivity Adjustment that can be adjusted so the UPS       doesn't drop out.              It is used to adjusts for "Waveform Distortion in AC Input".              The Setting is at the Normal position, if the Clicking keeps occuring       as it has I will take a screwdriver and turn it towards the Delay       setting a smidgen and see if that helps quite it down.              ...
