I use a Tripp-Lite UPS which has a replaceable battery.   
      
   Lately every day I will hear the UPS make a Click Sound.   
      
   Because I'm hearing that Click often I am wondering if I'm having   
   problems from Power Line Interruptions or if the Battery is Failing?   
      
   Only the LED for AC Power is lighted, the LED for Bad Battery is OFF   
   when I looked just now.   
      
   I pressed the Test Button and hear a rapid clicking sound.   
      
   The next time I hear a Click from the UPS I will look at the LEDs on   
   the front panel to see if just the Running On Battery Power LED is lit   
   or the Replace Battery LED comes on.   
      
   Is the UPS having a Problem or is it ME having a Problem???
